Our Production Process

When it comes to metal parts and components, Production process plays key role. And molding is among the most difficult processes which is one of the major process. We always take production process more seriously then the anything else. Our expert and experience foundry workers make sure that each and every batch of metal melted should be standard, poured in the mold seamlessly, for best results during final turning, finishing or threading. Mostly we use virgin or thoroughly cleaned-assorted metal scrap for melting as per customer requirement. On our side we make sure that each and every batch of product contain the similar metal property to ensure product's performance. From the procurement of metal, metal composition testing, melting, molding, machining, threading and finishing and weather proofing of the finished products to word off atmospheric effects on the product during warehousing stay or inventory with distributors or retailers.

1. casting

All the processes are highly supervised by our experts, on each and every stage of manufacturing the products are checked for quality standards and specifications prescribed by customer regularly as well as randomly to minimize quality loss-production defects. Being highly sensitive to atmospheric effects, metals like brass, copper, gunmetal etc. we make sure that raw material kept in our specially built storage and manufactured goods also kept in weather proof stores with minimum human touch.

2. Electro plating process

By and large we have mostly automatic and SPMs based production departments to ensure standard results, minimum variation in different batches of the same product. Due to state-of-the -art machinery we save on manpower, energy and time to minimize production. which makes us highly competitive in global markets price wise.
